The team expects Bertuzzi to be out at least a week with what is labeled a ‘minor concussion’. Bertuzzi suffered the injury during the Ducks’ loss to the Minnesota Wild last night.
As with all concussions, they are taken very seriously and players are not rushed back to action. A player must show he is symptom-free for seven consecutive days before he can resume playing.
